We often look to "Experts" when seeking advice. We hope that we are sought out when someone needs guidance in an area that we have posted our sign. It is sometimes frustrating to watch someone follow advice that is clearly wrong for them, possibly leading them further into the depths of their issues. Do we say anything? And usually these are people we are closest to to make the matter worse.

Questions are the tools of the coach. We use words to bring about change. We don’t use hammers, pliers, nails, saws, jacks, screws or whatever else there is to change people, just words. And when we put words in a particular order, you get questions. Pretty amazing don’t you think?
